Olivet University and Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary (GGBTS) gathered on Saturday October 18, for an inter-school fellowship on the campus of GGBTS. The gathering was organized by Academic Dean Dr. William Wagner and his son Dr. Mark Wagner, who is a professor at both Olivet and GGBTS.
Approximately 100 students and staff from Olivet and GBBTS enjoyed the outdoor fellowship activities. The fellowship featured a friendly soccer match and barbecue which allowed a closer understanding and friendship between students of Olivet and GGBTS.
While the campus of Olivet University is located in downtown San Francisco, the campus of GGBTS is located across the Golden Gate Bridge, only 20 minutes from San Francisco. Participants of the event expressed hope that similar inter-school fellowships would be possible in the future.
