Students from the Olivet Business School (OBS) attended the Apps World North America Developer Conference & Exhibition event this month at the Moscone West Convention Center in San Francisco.
As it is known, mobile apps is one of the fastest growing industries as this conference attracted more than 10,000 developers, mobile operators, device manufactures and platform owners. Students received abundant on-site experiences through workshops and exhibitions.
"I realized the more I go out, the more I can learn and it helps me a lot to carry out what I've learned in class into practice, " said business student Jonny Xiu.
Several world famous tech giants delivered speeches at the conference including Apple Co-founder , Steve Wozniak; Electronic Arts Founder, Trip Hawkins,; Twitter Co-founder, Biz Stone and North Technologies CEO and Co-founder ,Kevin Rose.
"Those lectures are very inspiring and I received lots of insights about the mobile industry. It is simply amazing and enlightened me with many new ideas," added Xiu.
OBS Students are prepared to meet new challenges and equipped to be world leaders through intensive courses, hands-on experiences, and interning alongside industry professionals.
