Diversity Emerges in D.Min. Program Recruitment

August 19, 2015

Since Zinzendorf School of Doctoral Studies, ZSDS, launched their recruitment campaign for the 2015-2016 academic year in May, the results have produced a diverse selection of applicants from different countries.

With emphasis on global expansion, the admission committee received large amount of applications from Europe, China, Asia Pacific, Southeast Asia and United States. All candidates possessed diverse cultures and backgrounds.

The recruitment reflects the school's commitment to strengthening global impact by raising Christian leaders for the Great Commission. Dr. Donald Tinder, Dean of ZSDS, desires to train a new generation from all nations and equip them with the best of higher biblical education.

"I am eager to meet those potential doctoral candidates and I realized it is urgent to raise global leaders and equip them with higher biblical education to meet new challenges of the 21st century," D.Min. Assistant Stacey Kim expressed.

ZSDS faculty and staff believe that the diversity of cultures and backgrounds are essential for future academic communities. It also provides a platform for students to exchange their experience in local ministries. Candidates who have applied to the Doctor of Ministry program (D.Min.) will need to wait until the end of August to find out their acceptance results.
