OIT San Francisco Offers Android Development Course this Fall

September 06, 2019

Olivet Institute of Technology (OIT) has plans to offer Android Development as one of the courses for the upcoming Fall Quarter at the OU San Francisco campus. After opening iOS development course in 2019 Spring quarter, to fulfill the "two pillars" of mobile application development - iOS and Android - OIT is offering the Android Development course in Fall 2019.

As OIT is pushing the mobile application concentration, both of the application development courses help to equip students with proper skill sets. IT Students will be ready to go for deployment and implementation in this mobile and internet age.

This course is taught by Professor Ray Lei, who has experience in Android development field.

"I hope this course can give students great insights in Android development and act as a sister course for iOS development. I am sure that the students will have a very good foundation for developing Android applications. Practical projects towards the end of the course will also introduce them to the intermediate level in Android application development," commented Lei about the class.
